District Offices

The Florida Lottery operates 9 District Offices throughout the State of Florida. These offices provide Lottery information and assistance to the public, including Winner Claim Forms and payouts for prizes of $600 to $250,000. Prizes of less than $600 do not require the completion of a Winner Claim Form and can be redeemed at Lottery Retailers who sell tickets for respective games. Prizes of more than $250,000 must be redeemed at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
